  • Virtues: that get to you by a weird emails from people you don’t know
  • Worms: Can slip into your computer and slow your computer down
  • Trojan Horse: Is a thing that acts like something you want so it can get in to your computer and mess things up
  • Spy Wear: can get in to your computer and spy on you to get personal information , credit card numbers ,phone numbers and other information.

Hi Jack – this is a grteat post. Your interest in computers is important as there are very few jobs that you dopn’t need to be computer literate in these days. Computer hackers cost businesses accross the world many millions of dollars, but it has also created an industry in trying to stop them which is interesting as one cannot exist without the other. Keep up the good work mate. Dad

    Hey there Jack,
This is a really good post. It lets people know about these type of things and how it can ruin your computer and let other people hack into your system. You have made a very good pint here, and you also did a great BTN report.

I look forward to your next post! :)

    Hi Jack
It sounds like we could be in trouble if a virus gets on our computer.
I think we should get rid of computer hackers.
If we got rid of them our computers would be more safe.

    Hi Jack,
It’s good idea to warn people about the dangers of being on the internet. It can happen to everyone and people sometimes fall for it. I know I have. Once I was on the internet and a little thing came up saying “Congratulations! You are our 1,000,00 visitor. You have won $300,000! Click here to receive your prize.” Of course I fall for it and started filling in my details. It wasn’t until Dad told me what they did, I realized I was being pranked. Dad told me that competitions like that can give your computer viruses, and they can trick you into giving them your bank account number and then they can steal your money.
